The ELITE SVG 750 model is our sharpening machine for the top and face with peripheral grinding wheel system of all common tooth geometries in circular saw blades with carbide tip for diameters from ø100 to 850 mm.
An innovative machine with a grinding system perfect for cutting melamine or laminated wood without chipping or marking the wood. It uses the famous peripheral grinding wheel system to obtain a saw blade with a very smooth cutting edge. Designed to be fully automatic, without superfluous additional costs. No complicated extras that can easily break or costly to repair.
With 5 CNC axis for complete machining of all common tooth geometries in one cycle. Short travel paths ensure fast grinding operation.

Easy to use control panel
All the functions of the buttons are explained in the buttons with ilustrations. And every button is intended to do a single task. So you know what to expect from a button press.
The control panel with LCD screen allows the programming of the machine, among the programmable values are:
- Tooth angle programming: The grinding wheel axis will automatically move to the value entered in the program.
- Sharpening path
- Sharpening load
- Sharpening speed
- Tooth pitch
- Indexing speed of the teeth
- Number of teeth
- Broken teeth
Up to 7 teeth/minute in triple-chip tooth
All the movements has been optimized to reduce dead times.
Grinding wheel rotation speed variable from 2.500 to 5.000 RPM
Our SVG machines include the variable frequency drive as a standard feature, so you can adjust grinding wheel speed at the optimal value and also reduces energy consumption.
Integrated refrigeration equipment
It allows wet sharpening with water-soluble coolant for better sharpening quality and longer grinding wheel life time.
Integrated coolant system with 220-liter tank and removable grates for easy cleaning.
