ELITE MVB 670. THE CONCEPT.
For saws from ø210 to 650 mm.
Automatic operation using 2 CNC axis and one pneumatic axis:
- A: Tooth indexing
- X: Sharpening path
- Y: Chipbreaker grinding left or right
Manual axis:
- Z: manual movement to center the height of the grinding wheel
The design of the enclosure ensures particularly easy access for quick adjustment of the machine's preparation for sharpening.

Easy to use control panel
All the functions of the buttons are explained in the buttons with illustrations. And every button is intended to do a single task. So you know what to expect from a button press.
The control panel with LCD screen allows the programming of the machine. Among the programmable values we highlight:

Integrated refrigeration equipment
It allows wet sharpening with water-soluble coolant or grinding oil for better sharpening quality and longer grinding wheel life. for better surface quality and longer grinding wheel life.

Clean design and easy access for servicing or repairing the machine.
Easy maintenance
The electrical panel is located at the bottom and the mechanics at the top of the machine, protected by an easy-to-open cover.
