ELITE FILTRAmaq AIR ONE. THE CONCEPT.
The new ELITE FILTRAmaq AIR ONE is our system for extracting mist generated during grinding.
It is designed for integrated installation on ELITE circular saw blades models AVB 850, SVG 850, MVB 850, GBT 850, or JVC 800.
- The filtration system is very compact: it takes up virtually no additional space.
- Low maintenance cost: it has two washable and interchangeable filters.
- Filtration flow rate of up to 500 m³/h, programmable from the machine's control panel.
- Very quiet and fully automatic operation.
ELITE FILTRAmaq AIR ONE. HOW IT WORKS
FILTRAmaq AIR ONE is integrated into the sharpening machine so you don't have to worry about anything: the sharpener automatically turns it on when the sharpening cycle starts and turns it off after the programmed time, adjustable from the control panel. The suction power can be regulated from 1% to 100%.
The noise level is very low: only 5 dB at 3 meters operating at full power. Power consumption is also very low: 0.1 kWh at full power.
It incorporates two washable and replaceable filters: a primary filter with F6 filtration quality and a secondary filtration stage with F8 filtration quality.
